Noble Missions adult family home is a doctor-owned and managed, Private Duty Nursing (PDN) certified adult family home in the state of Washington.

We lovingly provide competent, individualized care to adults 18 years and above with complex medical needs requiring continuous medical and non-medical care throughout the day.
Our clients have medically fragile, medically complex, developmental delays, psychologically & behaviorally complex conditions that require loving, patient and competent caregivers according to each client daily needs.
We are a home far away from home, where Medically complex clients are cared for in a home-like environment as opposed to being in long-term care facilities or hospitals.

Fees are charged according to the level of care required by each resident. We accept Medicaid as a payment on initial admission depending on the client's situation.
Dr. Lucy, the CEO, works closely with DSHS, DDA, clients providers, case managers and others pertinent to providing care so that every aspect of our clients’ needs are addressed.
Trained, competent staff are available 24/7 per the needs of each client. Our team provide continuous medical and non-medical care.
We support every client to live their life to the fullest. We serve medically fragile clients 18 years old and above.
We are a home far away from home where everyone is loved, valued and supported to the maximum.
The home is owned and managed by a doctor who supports everyone holistically, body, mind, and spirit.
